The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 120(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in 164 Cr. P.C. statement, the victim has stated that petitioner no. 1 and one Ramanand took out the victim from the house though she wanted to marry with Dilip Paswan and she went in the company of Dilip to Delhi but Dilip subsequently refused to marry her. The doctor has assessed the age of victim between 17 1⁄2 to 18 1⁄2 years.

Considering the medical report, 164 Cr. P.C.

Case No. 295 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, East Champaran at Motihari, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
