The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 327, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusations are of making assault and abusing by calling caste name.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the Column No. xiv of the Final Form no. 54 of 2014 reflects that the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7461 of 2015 (3) dt.10-03-2015 2 / 2 were released on bail on 30.05.2014 by the police during investigation.
In view of the above facts, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara.
With this observation, the application is disposed off.
