The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is father-in-law and the husband is already in jail custody.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35824 of 2019(3) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
