JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned AC to AAG-5 appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in paragraph 3 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.5, submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the grievances raised on behalf of the petitioner have already been redressed by the respondents and all admitted dues have been paid to him by a cheque dated 30.03.2010.

A copy of the aforesaid counter affidavit was served upon the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner way back on 10.11.2010, but it has not been controverted till date by filing any rejoinder affidavit.

In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed as it has become infructuous.
