The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Economic Offence P.S. Case No.015 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 13(2) read with Section 13(i)(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act has also been added. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that no any type of impersonation/cheating/forgery and misappropriation has been done by the petitioner. The petitioner is a practicing advocate and he is a panel lawyer of Punjab National Bank and other banks also. The function and duty of the petitioner is only to give legal opinion with regard to

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna in connection with Economic Offence P.S. Case No.015 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
