2. The present petition has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 11579 of 2021, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 15.12.2023. By the said order, six weeks' time was allowed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that order has already been complied, but after expiry of stipulated period.

4. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this restoration petition is allowed.

5. Let C.W.J.C. No. 11579 of 2021 be restored to its original file.

6. Office is directed to verify the same and proceed further.
