The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that her daughter Najara Khatoon was married with Mister Alam and after marriage, all the accused persons subjected her to physical and mental torture and ultimately his daughter was done to death. Submission is that the petitioners are brothers-in-law. The police, after investigation, did not find the case true against the petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused, who are in-laws of the deceased, have been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25214/2011 and Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8461 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 33008/2011.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Chanpatia P.S.
