The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the serious nature of allegation that the petitioner resorted to firing, causing injury to the son of the informant who died instantaneously, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
