After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file his detailed representation before the Pricing Committee, Bihar State Housing Board headed by the Superintending Engineer.

If such application is filed, the Bihar State Housing Board is under obligation to immediately assess and inform the petitioner and in case the petitioner don't object to the assessment, the Housing Board is required to take steps in
