2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant on his head. Petitioner no. 2 assaulted one Sabita Devi and petitioner no. 3

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39021 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 assaulted Chanchal Kumar on his head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they have falsely been made accused. They are the persons of clean antecedent. Both the parties are agnates and the cause of occurrence is money dispute between the parties. The entire allegation is false. The injuries suffered are simple in nature.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mothiari, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/Nirmal U T
