This petition has been preferred for restoration of C.R. no. 2383/2007 which stood dismissed on 23.1.2017 for want of prosecution.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the learned counsel who was working on behalf of the petitioners in C.R. no. 2383/2007 had left practice and settled at some other place and that was reason, no one appeared before the bench when the matter was called for hearing as a result whereof C.R. no. 2383/2007 stood dismissed.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as averments made in this petition, this petition stands allowed and accordingly, it is ordered that C.R. no. 2383/2007 be restored to its original number. Shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) U
