The petitioners filed this modification petition to extend the period of their surrender in the court below in Parihar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014.

The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40745 of 2015 and there was direction to surrender in the court below within four weeks in the event of their arrest or surrender the petitioners shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail but they did not surrender in time and after six months the petition for modification is filed.

The reason stated in the modification petition does not appear to be satisfactory. Accordingly, the modification petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
