JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to amend the memo of parties by adding the District Compassionate Appointment Committee through its Chairman cum District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari as respondent no.6.

Let the same be done during the course of the day. The grievance of the petitioner herein is regarding non-consideration of her case for appointment on compassionate ground.

It is submitted that the competent authority be

Patna High Court CWJC No.12710 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a specified time frame.

In view of the aforesaid, the newly added respondent no.6 is directed to consider and dispose of the case of the petitioner regarding her appointment on compassionate ground within a period of four weeks from today.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no.4 and 5 may be directed to forward the application of the petitioner along with the relevant documents, if not already forwarded, to the newly added respondent no.6 within a period of two weeks from today. I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the respondent no. 4 and 5 to do the needful in this regard.

The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
