Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of salary with effect from 01.01.89. The respondents have taken decision to make payment of arrears in one go to those who retired whereas those in service in five equal installments. The service of the petitioner was approved with effect from 01.01.89. He is still in job. In view of the decision of the respondents, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16861 of 2018(3) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 respondents are hereby directed to ensure payment of arrears with effect from 01.01.89 to the petitioner in five equal installments latest by 5th September, 2019.
