This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.5.2015 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Trial No.402 of 2015, arising out of Paharpur P.S. Case No.18 of 2014 by which he has taken cognizance against the petitioner under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 353, 307, 386, 385 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Section 3(1)(X) of the SC/ST Act and section 3/5 of the Prevention of Defacement of Government Property Act. This Court does not find any error in the order of cognizance. Accordingly this application is dismissed. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to raise all points
