The petitioners being the parents and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of causing death of the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that post mortem reflects no external injury particularly resisting injury though specific accusation is that the accused persons administered poison to the victim. The doctor has also not ascertained actual cause of death and Viscera has been preserved.

Case No. 121 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
