The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 420 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the order-sheets, it appears that vide detailed order dated 01.09.2021, the petitioner was released provisionally for a period of four weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner by way of filing a supplementary affidavit has brought on record that in compliance of this Court' order the petitioner has surrendered before the learned Court below on 25.09.2021.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48525 of 2021(7) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 18.02.2021.

Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Sikraul P.S.
