JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking note of this fact that petitioner is said to have used forged document for getting employment, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, her prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri S.K. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada stands rejected.

However, it is made clear that if petitioner surrenders

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12784 of 2015 (4) dt.26-06-2015 before the concerned court within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the concerned court shall consider the regular bail application of the petitioner on its own merit without being prejudiced by this rejection order, particularly, keeping in mind that petitioner is a lady and she has already been terminated from the service.
