Patna High Court C. REV. No.352 of 2017(4) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 Perused the order dated 18.07.2017 against which the review application has been preferred. We do not find any error apparent on the face of record. The Tribunal's decision and direction and the rationality thereof has been also taken note of by us and we are in agreement with the finding as well as the order, which does not suffer from legal infirmity as is perceived by the Union of India.

Review application stands dismissed.
