The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify an order dated 08-03-2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18709 of 2014 only to the extent of extending the time for filing representation, in view of order dated 08-03-2016. It has been indicated that due to unavoidable reason,
Patna High Court MJC No.1668 of 2016 (3) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 some delay had occurred and thereafter, the present petition was immediately filed on 22-04-2016 for granting further extension. In view of facts and circumstances, the present petition is allowed.
One month further time is extended for filing representation, in view of order dated 08-03-2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18709 of 2014.
Accordingly, the order dated 08-03-2016 is modified to the extent, as indicated above.
The petition is allowed.
