JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3032 of 2012 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is father in law whereas petitioner no. 2 is brother in law of informant's daughter and it is alleged that the marriage of informant's daughter was solemnized with coaccused, Manish Paswan @ Manish Kumar in the year 2006 but later on, it was detected that the mental condition of husband of informant's daughter was not fit and thereafter, the dispute arose between the parties.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7044 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 3032 of 2012 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
