11-09-2018 Perusal of the order dated 06.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 15209/2014 would show that the learned writ court has not issued any mandamus to the opposite parties. In absence of any mandamus, this court, sitting in its contempt jurisdiction, will not take upon itself to get resolved the issues which are being agitated by the petitioner before the opposite parties. He will have liberty to seek his remedy in accordance with law.

This application stands disposed off.
