The petitioner's grievance for payment of post-retiral dues against various heads and other connected claims have been substantially redressed.
Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has some doubt over a manner in which the general provident fund amount has been calculated.
Patna High Court CWJC No.690 of 2012 dt.08-08-2016 Though, upon going through the calculation of the provident fund amount, prima facie, there does not appear to be any inconsistency, yet, considering the submission advanced by learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to point out any specific discrepancy in the calculation of provident fund amount by making a representation before the District Provident Fund Officer, Patna. If any, such representation is made within a period of three weeks from today, the same must be considered and disposed of within a period of three weeks thereafter.
