JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 The present application has been filed for quashing of the first information report of Nagar P.S. Case No. 355 of 2014 registered under Sections 420,419,406,467,468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the counsel for the informant that after detailed investigation on the allegation made in the FIR, the police have already submitted final form finding the case "not true" and the present application has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid, no orders need be passed in the instant petition. The same is dismissed.
