2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That this civil writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions, to the respondents and thereby for grant of following relief/reliefs to the petitioner:- i) For a direction upon the respondent authorities to consider the representation-cum-objection of the petitioner sent through e-mail on 06-06-2021 as well through registered post on 15-06-2021, as the candidates having lower rank in General Category (GC) has been allotted services Bihar Police Service

Patna High Court CWJC No.15014 of 2021 dt.04-01-2022 2/2 but inspite of petitioner having higher rank in General Category (GC) has been allotted services in Bihar Finance Service without mentioning any reason for such discrimination and that to when petitioner himself opted Bihar Police Service as his first preference.

ii) For a further direction upon a respondent authorities that after considering the objection of the petitioner allot the services to the petitioner in Bihar Police Service, as the petitioner declared successful and obtained higher rank to some other candidates who have allotted services in Bihar Police Service but the same denied in the case of petitioner inspite of the fact that he opted "Bihar Police Service" as his first preference.

iii) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner may be deemed entitled too."

The concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to relief sought in the present petition read with representations dated 15.06.2021 and 21.06.2021. Such speaking order shall be passed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
