2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he is involved in selling and smuggling of Wiscodin syrup. There is recovery of 560 litres of Wiscodin syrup from vehicles in question.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2025.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37720 of 2025(4) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 petitioner as well as the recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
