2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(A) For issuance of an order/orders or direction/directions, writ/writs in the nature of a writ of mandamus for setting aside the office communication dt. 02.05.2017 issued by the office of the Respondent No. 4 and directing the respondents to select and appoint the petitioner as a Teacher in Hindi under Zila Parishad Secretary Schools, Begusarai on the basis of petitioner securing 44th position in the Merit List for Hindi teacher in Zila Parishad Secondary Schools, Begusarai during the 5th round of selection 2016-17.

(B) Any other writ/writs, order/orders or direction /directions as the facts and circumstances of the case may require and deemed fit by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11356 of 2017 dt.01-09-2017 2/2 Hon'ble Court may also be issued."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off to enable the petitioner to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Begusarai (hereinafter referred to as the 'Begusarai').

4. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

6. If an appeal is filed before the Authority, within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and latest within a period of four months from the date of filing of the appeal, without being prejudiced by the present order.
