2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 140(2), 127(2), 127(7), 305(b), 305(b), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have demanded Rs. 2 lakhs as compensation for the accident caused by the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no direct allegation against these petitioners as the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36448 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 FIR has been lodged against three unknown persons. The petitioners are in custody since 17.03.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj/concerned Court in connection with Bahadurganj P.S.
