Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lalganj P. S. Case no. 115 of 2014 registered under Sections 401, 414, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier case diary in this case was called for. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly situated persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 180 of 2015 dated 7.1.2015, let petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.
