Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and various orders passed in identical situation, pending finalization of the proceeding in Govindganj P.S. Case No.171 of 2017 and confiscation proceedings, if any, to be instituted the property shall be unsealed and possession handed

Patna High Court CWJC No.12574 of 2017(2) dt.06-09-2017 2/2 over to the petitioner, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not alienate or deal with the property in any manner so as to prejudice the right of the State in confiscation proceeding. With the aforesaid, this application is disposed of.
