The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner no. 5 Sarvjeet Ram entered into the house of the informant and outrage the modesty of the informant's sister-in-law (Bhawe). On alarm being raised the petitioner no. 5 managed to escape from the scene. Thereafter, all the accused persons assaulted all the family members of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15810 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 petitioners that maliciously the accusation has been levelled. For the occurrence of 13.08.2014 the First Information Report was registered on 24.08.2014 and there is no injury report on the record.

Considering the accusation against above named petitioner no. 5, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner no. 5, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra.

So far as petitioner nos. 1 to 4 and 6 and 7 are concerned, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
