JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2019 The learned counsel for the respective parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1699 of 2013 on 27.09.2016.
Having regard to the consensus arrived between the learned counsel for the respective parties, the present writ petition is disposed off in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 27.09.2016 passed in L.P.A. No. 1699 of 2013 (Kranti Kanak
Patna High Court CWJC No.17461 of 2018(4) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 &Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and the respondent no. 6 is directed to consider the case of the petitioners and in case, it is found that the petitioners are similarly situated, the same relief as has been granted to the appellants of the aforesaid case, shall also be granted to the petitioners herein. The entire exercise regarding examination of the case of the petitioners and grant of similar relief as granted to the appellants of the aforesaid case should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from today.
The present writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
