Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/120B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner obtained job of panchayat teacher by submitting forged and fabricated academic certificates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that at the time of joining, the documents in question had been examined by the competent authorities and were found to be genuine. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that

Learned counsel for the Vigilance opposes the prayer for bail submitting that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that she obtained job of panchayat teacher by submitting forged and fabricated academic certificates. Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner, her prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
