JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 02-04-2025 This contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 22.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 22992 of 2011 whereby respondents were directed to take final decision on the claim of the petitioners for absorption against the Class-VI posts within a maximum period of 60 days from the receipt/production of a copy of this order.

2. Opposite Party Nos. 2 & 3 have filed show-cause wherein in paragraph 6 & 7 it has been stated that the working

Patna High Court MJC No.2172 of 2019(3) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 period of the petitioners is two years and one year respectively, due to which the District Level Committee, Bhojpur at Ara has not recommended their case for absorption, as the working period (continuous) required for absorption was three years. It has further been stated in paragraph No. 7 of the show-cause that the petitioners have not fulfilled the conditions of the Resolution No. 945 dated 27.04.2017, due to which the petitioners can not be absorbed.

3. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 22.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 22992 of 2011 has been complied with by the opposite parties.

4. Accordingly, the contempt application is closed and disposed off.
