The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 23.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.31945 of 2023. It is next submitted that inadvertently, in Cr. Misc. No.31945 of 2023, the police station of the petitioner was typed as Mansi instead of Maheshkhunt.
The learned counsel thus seeks modification of the order dated 23.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.31945 of 2023, so that the police station as mentioned in the address of the petitioner be read as Maheshkhunt instead of Mansi.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41423 of 2023(2) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 2023 is modified to read as Amarjeet Kumar, son of Sikendra Sah, resident of village-Babu Bagicha, Police StationMaheshkhunt, District- Khagaria instead of Amarjeet Kumar, son of Sikendra Sah, resident of village-Babu Bagicha, Police Station- Mansi, District- Khagaria.
The order order dated 23.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.31945 of 2023 is modified to the extent indicated above, in the event, if the petitioner surrenders on or before 10.07.2023, his bail bonds shall be accepted on the same terms and conditions as recorded in the order dated 23.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.31945 of 2023.
