JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 22-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State and perused the supplementary affidavit. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the Block Education Officer, Kalyanapur (Samastipur) found appointment of the petitioner as Panchayat teacher on forged certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the representation of the petitioner filed with regard to her removal from service, vide memo no.16

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39058 of 2022(2) dt.22-09-2022 2/2 dated 16.04.2022, is still under consideration, which had been issued arbitrarily without giving any opportunity to her to file show cause.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
