2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 69, 352, 351(3), 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. At the outset, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that proceeding under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against this petitioner and as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
