Perused the report of the learned trial judge vide letter No.718 dated 17.07.2017. The report reveals that the accused persons of the case are not cooperative; rather adopting delaying tactic resulting in non-disposal of Sessions Trial No.226 of 2005, which is at the fag end of hearing. The report further reveals that the matter was heard in the past. However, the accused changed his lawyer and asked for fresh hearing and sought for adjournment

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.248 of 2017 dt.22-08-2017 P2/ on one pretext or other.

Since the matter is very old, the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Siwan, is directed to dispose of the matter within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without allowing any adjournment to any of the parties on any ground.
