JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 It has come at the instance of the petitioners stating that, vide order dated 19.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.37087 of 2019, petitioners have been granted bail and a direction was given to surrender by 30.9.2019. It has further been submitted that the son of the petitioner no.1 has already surrendered. In such view of the matter, all the petitioners are directed to surrender by 14.11.2019 and on surrender they will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned court below itself and rest parts of the order shall remain intact. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the learned court below.
