The present bail application has been filed in view of the liberty granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 57079 of 2021 wherein the petitioner was permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner have been framed vide order dated 08.06.2022 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Since the charges against the petitioner have been framed, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39431 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with S.T. No. 174 of 2022 arising out of Sherghati P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021.

If the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court will be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.
