2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147 , 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 307, 326, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case , all the F.I.R., named persons including this petitioner assaulted the electricity officials, who had gone to recover electricity bill dues. It is further alleged that they also snatched mobile , billing printer and cash of Rs. 2,44,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41546 of 2023(6) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No such occurrence , in the manner alleged, has ever took place . Allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioner.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and states that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons hindered the government officials in discharging their duties and also assaulted them on account of which they sustained injury .
6. Considering the nature of accusation , and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
