2. The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 1142 of 2023 from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani.

3. It is submitted that the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with opposite party on 20.06.2021 and they have been living peacefully, but on account of certain matrimonial feud, a dispute cropped up and compelled to be separated. It is submitted that notwithstanding the aforesaid fact that the petitioner has been residing along with her parents in the jurisdiction of learned Principal Judge, Family Court,

Patna High Court MJC No.1934 of 2024 dt.12-12-2025 2/2 Madhubani in order to wreak vengeance and put pressure, the Matrimonial Case No. 1142 of 2023 came to be filed before the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. The petitioner is facing extreme hardship in attending the court proceeding, hence the present application.

4. Learned Advocate for the opposite party fairly submitted that he has no objection if the Matrimonial Case shall be transferred to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani.

5. Having considered the fair submissions of the parties, let Matrimonial Case No. 1142 of 2023 be transferred from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani.

6. On receipt of the record, the learned court shall issue fresh notice to both the parties and expedite the proceeding.
