The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014 registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the allegation, levelled against the petitioner as well as materials, found in course of investigation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
