The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Musahari P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that her daughter was married with Jai Mandal Sahni about ten years ago but her daughter was killed by her husband.
It is submitted that the petitioners are the father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the deceased and there appears no specific allegation of demand of dowry and deceased never made any complaint against the petitioners.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners happen to be father-in-law and mother-in-law of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17913 of 2016 (3) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 deceased, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Musahari P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
