Petitioner is accused in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 registered under Sections 392/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 26753 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 306 of 2019 on 14.08.2019 and 13.03.2019 respectively.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-
