The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 446 of 2019, dated 07.05.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 420, 120 B, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is on police bail. In that view of the matter, the petition is not

The petition is therefore rejected.

In case charge-sheet is submitted against the petitioner, he would be entitled to approach the court below for grant of bail and the court below shall consider whether he has or has not misused the privilege of bail and shall pass orders in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court.
