The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others have committed loot.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.03.2023. He also submits that the similarly situated co-accused Ankit Kumar and Manish Kumar have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-1st, Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023. The petitioner will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
