The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant's fifty thousand rupees were robbed by motorcycle borne miscreants leading to registration of FIR against unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation on confession of co accused. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the co accused have not been put on test identification parade as a result they have been granted bail. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18765 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015 pending in the court of learned ACJM - V, Saran at Chapra. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
