The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complain Case No. 838 C of 2011 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the complaint, petitioners have snatched cash of Rs.6000/- and one musical instrument valued at Rs.3200/-. It is submitted that prior to that occurrence, mother of petitioner nos. 1 to 3 had lodged F.I.R. against the complainant two days back. No.37901 of 2013 (2) dt.24-12-2013 2 / 2 blast to the earlier case filed by the mother of the petitioner nos. 1 to 3 in which all the family members including the petitioner no.4, who is a close relative, have been implicated. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely Pravind Ravidas, Subodh Ravidas, Vinod Ravidas and Tuntun Ravidas be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Complaint Case No.838C/2011, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 ( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Rai, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
