JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that 8-9 persons came variously armed when co-accused Vidhayak Sharma caught hold the father of the informant when Chhote Sharma caused firearm injury to the father of the informant who died on the spot. The petitioner along with others were identified by the informant at the place of occurrence. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no overt act has been alleged against the petitioner and in the background of land dispute, the petitioner has been roped in the present case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.11332 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
